Simeon Rudin is a leading structured products lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in advising on innovative and complex structured products and derivatives transactions. His practice includes advising on strategic equity transactions (such as margin lending, collar financing, managed buy backs), structured credit, repos and stock loans, CLOs, balance sheet management activities (including for insurers), alternative risk transfer, longevity swaps, and structured insurance transactions.

He is actively involved in product development, where he uses his extensive experience to pull together the building blocks of structured finance to create simple but effective structures to achieve the client’s objectives.
